Broadband Connection drops for authentication every 24 hours for about 5 mins between 10.00 & 12:00

I presume this happens to everyone else, but is there any way an engineer could change the timing of this, as this is the busiest time for online work meetings.

It would seem much more sensible if this authentication happened during the night. Is there a way to change the time of it? Why can't they utilise a username/password like other broadband providers?

It would be very unlikely to be happening to anyone else.

Is there possibly anything in your home that could be upsetting the line about this time.
