New to Now Broadband. Unable to access Broadband Buddy. Page presents error message: 'Well, that didn't go to plan. Please wait a moment and try again.'
Tried yesterday and today using Opera and Chrome browsers.
Advice welcome. Many thanks.

Maybe clear cache and cookies on your device.
Also maybe try Incognito mode.
Perhaps try logging into your NOW account with a smartphone and Mobile internet data if you have Mobile data to see if you can access Broadband Buddy.
If no joy, get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team.
