My broadband has just been activated 40 minutes ago at midnight but my kit never arrived.
It says on my order tracker that the Kit was unsuccessfully delivered.
I got no e-mails or texts to say this had happened! I now have no broadband and no way to work from home in the morning!
I need a Kit sent out ASAP!
The delivery of your router is by Royal Mail, perhaps it was effected as part of the strikes?
Are you moving from another provider that you can use their router until you get the one from NOW?
Either way, give the team a call.
