Broadband Activation did not go live

Same as many one here given activation date of 18.06.2019 this did not happen. Wasnt informed of the delay and then told to wait 72 hours for answers. Rediculous service for a new customer. Answers please NOWTV

Im sorry to hear. In the next 72 hours, our broadband team will go off and find out what is delaying your order.

Once they find this out they'll be in contact. Delays can be a number of things, external work for example. Our team will keep you updated as and when they get more info.

I've had the same problem, spoke with chat and did feel fobbed off, as the phone line is working but not broadband so cannot do work from home. So frustrating

I'm sorry to hear your problems, I've had a similar experience. It is best to cut your losses now rather than sticking around and end up losing all you hair 😪
