Broadband was supposed to go live yesterday (20/03/2019), didnt happen. Tried to find answers, the technical checker said "overdue payment", clicked the pay now button and was asked to update card details, which I did. No option to pay anything and under 'billing and payments', it says nothing about an overdue payment. No option to speak to anyone. I cant contact agents by telephone as the phone line hasn't been activated, and my data is almost used up. Ridiculous service!
