My broadband was meant to go live today but it hasn’t and now been told there is a 72 hour delay?
Now TV also told me they weren’t able to tell me about the delay due to GDPR?!
Now Tv told me my BT service should still be working but it isn’t. Frankly the service so far has been shocking!

I'm having the exact same problem!! My activation date was the 17th and I'm still waiting after multiple times of contacting for them to say the exact same thing!! "We have no update yet" I'm on the verge of taking this matter further!! I need my phone and broadband because my father is very poorly and I'm sat worried sick wondering if hes ok. I have a mobile but where I live the signal is terrible!!

I'm exactly the same. Although postman did put 2 cards to day he had been. I have cancer just now and dont move outside. I'm not deaf. Door didnt get chapped. Do now paid for well nothing yet.
