I am on the fibre broad band but it had never work properly. It crashes when more than one person is using this. Why is this. I’ve recently changed to you and never had a problem before with other companies that I am thinking of leaving already

The Broadband team are still accessible on the contact number they gave you when you signed up.
Give them a ring, as something is not right there,
