Bring forward device add date?

I’ve had now TV a few weeks, but i recently merged it with my BT box and so removed 4 devices in order for my BT box to be added but its now saying i have to wait until July. Is there anyway I can bring this forward to like, now?

I have a similar issue...

 

Factory reset a BT Youview box and have 3 spare slots but can't add more devices till July 😞

 

I have PM'd the NOWTV help team on twitter so if I get a reply I'll let you know!

Hi Guys

 

I was able to ask Live chat to reset my device list and start from new 🙂  So when Live chat is available ( very limited at the moment ) Try asking them to reset your device list

As for the live chat. I keep getting the automated NOWbot thing 😞

Ok try this...

Go to the NOWTV help centre..

Go to the section about adding/removing devices and then go to the contact us section and then use the live chat and I got straight through to someone that was able to reset my device list so I could add more
