Boost WI Fi signal

Hi happy with the overall performance of the Now Hub , but sometimes does not work on my phone but works fine on the TV and in the same room . Any advice on boosting the wi fi signal . Can see there are several boosters on the market . Any advice on which is the best and simplest to install sorry I am a technophobe and rely on others for help and advice

My first suggestion ,if you house is on the same mains circuit, would be wifi/ethernet powerline adapters which use the electric wiring as an ethernet cable. This would allow you to connect devices by wifi and/or ethernet in rooms were the signal is low

I;ve just joined NOWTV and have the same problem - signal with plusnet was much better. Wondering if I can switch suppliers if it's within 2 weeks of joining...

Now broadband WiFi is famously weak, and they won’t, officially, let you use your own router. But that as a reason to cancel is not covered here, though I’m sure it is one:-

Or get a mesh system, or the solution from @allanc above to give you one other access point.

Which I successfully used in a garden room that nobody’s WiFi could reasonably be expected to reach.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
