I am new to now tv and found the internet awful so far and cant watch anything on my phone is this normal ? And I cant even talk to a human to sort it and ask questions 😡😡

Before getting in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team, see if anything in this linked thread below makes any difference when using your phone over WiFi.

Should some of the websites be blocked, then if you are the account holder you can make the necessary adjustments in the Broadband Buddy Settings on your account (i believe PG 13 is the default setting when you switch on the NowTV Router).
