Hi, is it possible to chat to support in the evening?
I'm getting around 20Mbs and should be on 65Mbs.
My IPTV is buffering.

Hours are 8am to 11pm.
You can use Live Chat or, for Broadband queries only, NowTV Broadband customers can use the telephone support line whose number they have been given.
