Awful download speed!

So, I'm currently getting around 3.63mpbs this morning, but Now's line checker is saying I should be getting 70+mbps! I've used 3 different speed testers and they are all saying around 3-6mpbs!

Weirdly, the upload speed is around 15mbps!!

Any issues out there that anyone knows of?

This over Wi-fi or Ethernet?

Have you done a factory reset to the router?
