Apps not working while connected to WiFi

Hi certain apps won't work while connected to my home WiFi but work when switched to mobile data or another WiFi connection iv tryed changing settings etc but still won't work. Any ideas please? Thanks

Are you a NowTV Broadband customer ?

 

If so have you tried going into the Broadband Buddy settings by going to My Account > Settings & Pin's whilst signed in on here.

 

The default settings i believe is PG 13, either try a different age rating setting or go into custom settings and add any websites blocked.

Out of curiosity what Apps don't open and work on your smartphone when using NowTV Broadband ?

 

To be honest i have ran out of suggestions to try.

 

If it was me i would contact the NowTV Broadband Team for further assistance & help.

 

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments section whilst logged in on here (click the drop down arrow below your live date to reveal the phone number to call).

 

Should you get it resolved, post back here how it was fixed.
