Hello, this morning I'm getting a message saying the connection does not support iCloud private relay, it was fine until this morning. I'd like it to work when it is enabled. Any ideas? Thanks.

Email support to find out. You only talk to fellow customers so it would be speculation. See email address in the below picture.
I'm seeing the same, for the first time. I hope Now haven't starting blocking private relay so that they can track and monetise our browsing history.
There is also a discussion about this over on the Sky Broadband Community Forum.
I found that "Limit IP address tracking" was off for this network and turning it back on, rebooting the router and restarting the network connection seems to have cured this for now.
I recall this cropping up quite a while ago when Apple first introduced the feature. Just turn it off? Whilst not a VPN as such, certain apps e.g. NOW may baulk at the hiding of the IP address.
