Hi
Since my contract was activated after switching from Sky Broadband I have discovered that my landline contacts have been blocked from making incoming calls to me.
I have a BT Call Guardian phone but the settings have not changed - can anyone advise me on this issue ?

Have you checked on your old Sky Talk Shield that everything is switched off and disabled.
Otherwise you will be better off getting in touch with the NOW Broadband Team directly, using one of the communication methods on this link page below.
