Already have a NOW hub before order a broadband plan

Hi guys, I have just created a broadband order, and I noticed that there is a charge for the delivery of the NOW hub. But actually I already have a NOW hub, from my friend, so is it possible to cancel that charge?

Something you need to call and ask, we are simply customers like you. So you won't get staff coming and replying I am afraid. 

Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down for the number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I would say it's very unlikely to be possible. The sending of the router will be part of the set-up of the account, and probably can't be changed.

But no harm trying following @gavs82008 advice.

I guess Now might be open to a bit of arm-twisting.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
