Alexa and Tradfri problems

Evening

Since moving to Now TV broadband I have an issue with Amazon Alexa. Basically it's connected all OK then almost every morning she says that she's not connected. If I turn Alexa on and off again then she's fine again for about a day. 

Also noticed similar issues with Tradfri light system and Nvidia Android TV box. 

Anyone have any ideas?

What happens if you switch off the NowTV Broadband Buddy ?

You can access Broadband Buddy by going to My Account > Settings & Pin's on here.

I turned that off without success. I've also changed channels, spilt 5ghz
out. No change.

When you split the channels @Anonymous User Make sure they have different names as there is a known error where alexa sometimes can't identify eahc network and get's confused. If you've already done this then come back here and we'll see what we can do.
