Hi @Anonymous User

Found the same question and solution over on the Sky Community Forum, where the NowTV routers are a clone of their Sky counterparts.

Here's a link below, where hopefully it will help you out.

Hi @Anonymous User

My guess there is a conflict somewhere between the NowTV Router or Broadband Settings and your Echo device / devices.

I don't know if the OP resolved their Echo on this linked thread below (perhaps tag them to see if they will reply).

@Anonymous User do you have Broadband Buddy switched on? If you do, check that it's not on the default age setting or switch it off while setting up the echo.

Have a look through these articles and see if anything helps

Thank you! Definitely the buddy thing. Switched it off and hub paired with Alexa straight away!

How long did you wait till you tried to connect after switching off the ‘buddy’? Mine still won’t connect, do I need to reset the WiFi box or/and the echo

Hi @Anonymous User

Bit of a long shot after switching off the Broadband Buddy on your Account, perhaps try a reboot of your Hub Router and Echo devices.

Unfortunately i can't help because i don't own any Echo or Smart devices.

Hopefully a Echo owner will come along and offer you some further assistance.
