Active Line Take Over

My Sky Broadband service is due to expire on 1st March. According to the NOW tv website the earliest date they can offer is 3rd March.

As Sky & NOW use the same lines can NOW tv do an active line takeover so my service is not disrupted?

Your best to call the broadband team to find out what the situation is if it is doable.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Switching from Sky to NOW will be exactly the same as moving between any two other providers on the Openreach network. If you order from NOW be sure to complete the option to keep your existing landline number, that way the switch should be seamless.

When you say your Sky is due to expire, do you mean your contract ends then, or have you cancelled?

When the contract ends, they won't disconnect you, you will just move to a monthly charge.
