Activation

I got my hub 2 weeks back , activation date was 30 june. Till date call n number of times to different departments like sales , new customer , technical team etc, no one is telling me how long it will take to get my broadband activated. 72 hr deadline passed yesterday. Sales department don't have connect in new customer issues department , complainant department have no connects in L2 technical team , supperviser can not talk on phone reason being covid scenario. Complainant closed with out confirmation. Not sure whom to call and get help.  Can anyone help me please
