Can any advisor help me
My activation date has now passed but i still have no broadband,
On the order tracker it says everything is up and running.
I have tried ringing but theirs a 30min waiting time,
I have been billed and money taken,
Also can anyone tell me if i get 30 days to change my mind,

How many green lights are showing on the front of the hub router ?
I am guessing you have tried the basic stuff like rebooting the router, holding the reset button on the back of the router and switching the power off to the router for 20 minutes to see if that kickstarts your Internet ?
When you are signed in on here and select My Account > Technical Checks are you getting a message saying there is a broadband line issue.
Hopefully somebody from the NowTV forum team will come to your assistance.

Thanks for the reply,
I have tried all the basic stuff even been into the router settings etc.
Their simply is just no broadband coming to the router,
I got a feeling its going to be passed from open reach to now tv for a while before anything gets solved,
The whole reason i left talktalk was because the failed 5 times to book an appointment
Hopefully this will get sorted

Like you said it sounds like an Openreach Engineer visit to establish why there is no Internet at your property.
Apart from keep trying the nowtv broadband helpline, I will also tag @Tony-D one of the NowTV Forum Team Members to see if he can assist you further (he was on the forum earlier on, but not sure when he's logged in next).
