Activation Engineer date

I moved home with NowTV. My old service was cancelled, but I have been given no installation date with an engineer.

When does this get booked in?

Who were you with before?

Have you received your router?

Did you let NOW do all the leg work with cancelling the broadband etc?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008  I was with NowTV. I'm taking them with me

I have my old router.

I guess this doesn't apply?

Sorry not following your opening statement again. 

  • You say moving home and your old service cancelled.
  • Now your saying your with NOW and taking them with you?

If your moving property but keeping NOW, why did you say that cancelled your old service?

Are you 100% sure you are taking NOW broadband to the new property?
And that you have not cancelled?

If you have cancelled as part of your move then you won't have broadband with NOW in your new property.
