Account says engineer visit complete when it isn't.

I'm due an installation visit today between 8am and 1pm to install my broadband, so there's still time for the visit, however when I checked my setup status online it said the visit and installation have already been completed. Does that mean I am not going to receive a visit or is it just automatic as my go live date is today?

Assuming you received the router and you could set up yourself then it would just be a matter of waiting.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
