Hi
activation date was 27/08.
Plugged in in router last night. All lights went green, but when connecting to the WIFi I get the following error page.
After a very long wait on the phone tech team are sending new hub as not sure what the problem is.
Anyone any ideas?

Reading this thread over on the Plusnet Community Forum i don't think a replacement Hub Router will sort it out, where it may need a BT OpenReach Engineer visit to fix the problem ?
Might be wise getting back in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team (unless you are going to wait for the replacement Hub Router to see what happens first).

Thanks for the update. I had seen the article on Plusnet and also similar for other ISP’s.
May at need to appease the tech team, but not convinced it will resolve the issue.
How do I escalate the case?

Get back in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team and ask them to escalate the issue where you are not convinced that a replacement Hub Router will not resolve it.
Perhaps point them to that other customers have encountered the same problem with different ISP's and this might need BT Openreach input to fix it.

@schnapps thanks for the information. Engineer booked for tomorrow. Hopefully issue will be resolved then.
