Confused!
I’ve subscribed to the monthly Now TV deal, but can only stream on one device. As soon as another device tries to stream, it receives a message that I am already at maximum capacity! I am currently streaming the Lions match, but my son can’t watch it on his tablet.
What’s gone wrong?!
If you want to watch on more than 1 device then you’ll need to subscribe to Boost.

Nothing has gone wrong, @DrMatt
There was a recent change to the number of simultaneous streams permitted from 2 to 1. Boost still gives you 3 simultaneous streams and also removes third-party adverts from on-demand programs.
Hi @DrMatt
Unless you have boost you can only stream on one device at once. Now boost would allow you to stream on up to 3 devices at once. The five devices you're seeing are the devices that are in your device list. This would in effect be the last five devices you have used to access Now. Have a look at the two help article at the links below

Keep in mind that if you do sign up for boost. It can take up to 4 hours for the account changes to take effect unless you sign out the now app and sign back in again
I know much of this probably isn't you want to hear but at least you now know what's going on😀

Thanks all!
Understood now. The marketing is slightly misleading!!
Only being able to stream on one device is a complete con. We have been paying for both the entertainment and movie packages for years, which let’s face it are already on the pricier end of streaming services and now they want more money. Having a teenage son means we inevitably will have to pay for boost but I will be weighing looking at whether NowTv is our best investment.
Not expensive if you get discounts.
I'm paying £12 a month for boost, entertainment and cinema.
