2G WIFI issues (1mbps) compared with 5G (60mbps)

Hi, hoping someone can help here as I can't find anything useful online

My Wi-Fi signal is split between 2G and 5G on the Now TV Hub Two, and the 2G signal seems to border on not working. When standing next to the Wi-Fi router, my 2G speed can vary between not working at all to 3mpbs. The 5G signal is working properly at around 60Mbps, both 2G and 5G tests were on multiple devices with the same results. This is an issue as my smart TV does not support a 5G signal.

I've tried all the normal fixes, turning off and on, forgetting the network, and tried all the available channels for the 2G signal. Any Wifi analyzer says all channels are as bad as they could possibly be. I assume there is no issue with the connection to my Hub as the 5G signal is working perfeclty.

I've had this broadband for about a year and the issues have only been apparent in the last couple of months.

Best to give the broadband team a call, as I’m not a broadband customer with NOW.
