2 green lights one amber light flashing

I was normally using my internet and for some reason lost connection and amber light started flashing. I have tried everything like turning it off restarting.

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.
