installation was due to go live 26th of april, was then rebooked for the 1st of may , it was then cancelled by the engineer again, rebooked for today 3rd of may ....and low and behold they come and say "sorry cant install as pole is to high" i mean what!!!
its been nearly a month since i ordered this and i,m still no closer for it to be installed
i now have to wait until 6pm today (3rd may) for engineer to update it on his notes and then i have to wait a further 72 hours for now tv to get back to me
its beyond a joke with now tv
are there any mods on here than can give me a straight answer as to when/if ever my line will get installed before i raise an offical complaint with the ombudsman ?
i wait with baited breath..........

it get better..,,,,,,
i now have to wait up to a FURTHER 14 days lol
before i get another engineer visit
looking more and more like its time to pay the ombudsman a visit
