1471 and Caller ID Not Working

Hi, 

Just noticed that 1471 and Caller ID is not working or activated on my line. Called Customer Services who said they sorted it, yet 24hrs later it is still the same. I did move from Sky some 12 months ago so I can't access Broadband Shield and turn that off. 

Hoping Now Customer services or an expert can sort this for me and advise what needs to be done.

It's not called Broadband Shield, with NOW its called Broadband Buddy.

For the 1471 and Caller ID features, if they aren't working still you need to call the team again.
