why has money been taken out of my bank account iv only had the free trial which is nowbeen cancelled

If you are convinced that you have cancelled your passes and do not have multiple usernames or Sky id on the same bank card, then your best bet would be to contact NowTV live chat.
Open the page below, click on "contact us" in the green box, this will open a new page where you will see an option to either email NowTV or speak to live chat.
Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
