Hi,
I've tolerated that the Now downloaded software and app doesn't work on my laptop for over a year now. Despite the attempts nothing seems to work to have it work on my laptop.
Now it's worse. 'Now' no longer works on my Roku device (which it's worked on for years) and as soon as I go into it, it returns me to the main page. It doesn't get past the 'Now' symbol at all.
Please help and support to have this working on my TV once more.

This have been mentioned across the forum on multiple threads.
NOW are aware of the issue and they are working on it, it’s not ideal but just have to wait for the update.
If you have Twitter you’ll be able to follow the status of the issuer there.

Personally I don’t have Twitter but my understanding is that NOW staff are “close” to finding a resolution for the issue.
Although of course in “techie” terms close could be another week!

I've been in IT for a long time. Apart from a funny green logo what functionality did you introduce that means you can't back out the change?
