Hi @Anonymous User  just to let you know you cannot watch entertainment on Youview.  .
If you need to reach chat click the following link and then click the contact button at the bottom and finally select chat (8am to midnight) None of the above...

Re live chat, if you go to the help pages and select the topic you're looking for, you should be able to get to a page with a 'contact us' button on the bottom left. Pressing that takes you to the page with contact options including live chat and email.

 

Edit - or read the reply from @4268 which is far more comprehensive than mine!
