need a portal URL

Hi, Just bought a formuler z10 pro max android media streamer & to get mytv online it is asking me for a portal url to set it up. How do I get one? do I need to ask Now for this?   Thanks in advance, sorry if it sounds like i'm a bit dumb in understanding how to do it.

Thanks for reply, yes I have seen this but they don't tell you what to put in for portal number/name. I think I read I need to ask broadband provider (NOW) for this info if I give them my mac number.
