issues adding a pass

I've recently signed up for now tv through EE and can't add a pass? I can sign in but can't finish creating my account because it's saying my email has already been used as a sky iD but is not? I've tried doing this from my mobile and laptop but still no joy after days of trying!

@Anonymous User  I replied to your other post.  Did you try the link I put in and see if it sent you an ID to your email?
