content viewing not working

Hi, I've had NOW tv for ages and was watching it without issue a couple of nights ago, and even though i've not changed country or devices or broadband supplier etc every time I try and watch something it suddenly pops up with a message saying "sorry content cannot be viewed in this country".  I've checked our IP address and it's in the UK.  Does anyone have any ideas?!

What device are you using? 
Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
