A bit of a long shot, but try rebooting your Router, i know you internet is working but for the sake of 5 minutes of your time its worth a go if you haven't tried yet.

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your YouView.
Have you tried the step supplied by @schnapps?
On top of this could you try a power reset?
Power resets can fix errors within the router or the YouView box.
- Power off the YouView Box at the mains and unplug all the cables
- Power off the Router and wait for 30 seconds.
- Restart the Router, plug in the YouView box and reconnect.
