Why will my TV not recognise my username or password

I have entered both correctly a number of times but keep getting the message that neither is recognised.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I have noticed a few people have reported this on the Forum and over on NowTV Twitter feed.

 

See if deleting the App, then Re install the NowTV App, then power down the Samsung Smart TV at the mains for about a minute, then restart the television and see if you can sign into the App once again.
