Are you using the inbuilt NowTV App on your Samsung TV ?
If so go into the NowTV App and under My Account and hopefully it should show your Boost Pass.
Should you want to change the sound from Stereo to 5.1 then click on the Boost Pass settings under the My Account section on the App.
You will know if the Boost Pass is active by going to the NowTV live channels now & next guide where it should show HD at the end of the channel name or when watching a live channel and pressing the OK enter button on the remote should display HD at the end of the on screen channel information.
If watching catchup HD & 5.1 icon should display when you bring up the on screen information.

If the HD Boost Pass is not showing on your account, perhaps reboot your television by unplugging the power to the TV for about 30 seconds.
