Voucher

Hi there I recently won two free vouchers one was 3 month tv and other was movies it’s showing I have the movies but not the tv but when I sign in on my mobile it’s showing I have both not sure what to do

If you are using a Youview box, then only on demand movies is currently supported using the NowTV App via the YouView platform.

 

This is going to change sometime this year with more nowtv passes available to watch on YouView where no official date as yet been confirmed.

It’s letting me view movies but it’s now showing I have a now tv entertainment pass

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you are using a YouView Box, then it will only show movies where the entertainment pass is not currently supported hence the reason you can't see or use your nowtv entertainment pass with this particular device.
