I was watching a show and it suddenly stopped I can't watch now tv anymore when I click on a show it loads for a while then an error saying Oops something went wrong and the error code VSF:SHAKA pops up I already tried deleting it doesnt work

What device are you referring to?
Have you unplugged the device and also your router for a few minutes?
