I purchased a now TV bundle over Christmas to enjoy the content with my family, and we noticed after watching one of the movies that the audio cuts out for between 1 and 5 seconds every now and again - this seems to have gotten worse to the point where we expect this to happen every 5 minutes when watching a movie and have therefore stopped trying to watch anything on the app
Has this happened to anyone else and is there any way to address this?

A few suggestions.
1. Unplug the TV for a few minutes
2. Unplug your router for a few minutes
3. Clear the cache on the app

4. Worst case, set the TV back to factory settings
