I have a Samsung (Series 6)4K UHD 55” and a Virgin Media 100Mb fibre connection, connected to my TV via wireless giving an average of 30/40Mbits connection speed. The streaming quality through the Now TV app is appalling and does not give good value for money at this time compared to other streaming apps. I have just bought a weeks pass to watch golf and I am extremely disappointed, blurred refresh every 2 minutes and, will not recommend or buy another pass until the quality and streaming speed has been approved.
Now TV should confirm if they are working on this and they should make customers aware of the poor quality streaming before we fork out money. Very disappointed with this app.
