I can't the UKTV Play app on my now box. I've had a look through the app store and it's not there. How can I get it?

If you are using the older nowtv white box then the UK TV Play App is not supported on this device from what I believe .
Similar to where the Netflix App is also not available on these first generation white nowtv boxes .
