UK TV Play

Hi can anyone help? I have a Now Tv stick. Tried viewing UK TV play...followed the instruction to register..received the confirmation email...now each time I try to sign in to watch uk tv play the same menu appears saying Please register! Any help welcomed..tia.

Hi @Anonymous User does it not acknowledge the code when you put in on the website? www.uktvplay.co.uk/activate you sign in first on the webpage then type in the code.

Hi .yes the code is accepted then when going back to view a programme which
I select it will take me back to the registration screen...thanks for your
reply..
