Televisions and xbox do not connect or drop out. Internet keeps dropping out on my desktop

We have just moved over to NOW for internet and it seems that the TV's and Xbox upstairs do not connect or drop out often. I have also found that the internet on my desktop keeps dropping out at different times.

Any ideas how to sort this.

Thanks

How long have you been a customer for? The connection will differ with the first 10 days. Make sure you don’t switch off or unplug your router.

Are both devices connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

If it’s Wi-Fi you can split the signal which should improve speed and reliability. You want the section for splitting Wi-Fi signal.
