TalkTalk DN372T

I see that TT settop boxes DN370T are no longer being supported.

Firstly is that a generic title and all in that range are unsupported or specifically that number. Because I have a DN372T.

Also does unsupported mean won't fix faults or that it won't run at all.

Hi @Clyd

This link should show which TalkTalk boxes still currently support NOW (plus other Apps).

Great, that clearly shows both model numbers are different and not just a series number. And more importantly mine supports NOW

Different boxes, not generic.

’Not supported’, if it ever affects your DN372T, means no more updates; it will carry on the same with any services that don’t change, and even with some services that do change, a bit; but something like itv Hub becoming itvX, it wouldn’t get the new Player for.

All good at the moment, though.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
