TV Guide not working

For the last week, I am lucky if the TV guide loads. When it does and I manage to get one of the channels on, after a while it displays the NOW sign floating across the screen as if it is idle. I have hard reset, switched off the WiFi and turned it back on again. This hasn't worked. I can see that a lot of other people are having this issue and are getting no resolution. Can someone help me please?

What device is it you’re using?

NOW branded stick?
Amazon fire stick?
Roku stick?
Smart TV with the native app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I don't know I'm afraid, I only watch it on my TV and for a few hours a night at the most. I have been on to the chat and I've sent videos at their request. I'm not fantastic at technology and it's just slightly frustrating 😂

You need to turn off the Now screensaver in the settings as that is what you are seeing floating across the screen.

Thank you, but it has never displayed whilst I've simply been watching the TV. This is a new thing

Have gone into the Stick Settings and try disabling the screen saver ?
