Are you using an LG Smart TV running WebOS with the native NowTV App on it ?
I don't own an LG Smart TV but see if the instructions on this screen shot helps taken from the internet.
It says on the guide you can change the way the caption text appears so i am assuming this includes the text size and it works on the NowTV App ?
If that doesn't work or you are running an older LG OS smart system then perhaps post the full model number of your LG TV where somebody on the forum may have information on what to do.
Should you be using the NowTV box rather than a LG Smart TV, then the subtitles size can be changed under the box settings > Captions > Text Size etc.
