Stream quality down to 1851

Bought a new Samsung TV last week and got the now app on it and i have boost as i have Sport but when i check the Stream quality its showing as 1851.

 

but before it was way higher then 1851.

 

so what could be the issue as i have boost and i have tried the logging out of app then back in again.

 

The Samsung TV is a 4K UHD.

You could try a few things before contacting support

  1. Unplug your TV for a few minutes (to perform a restart)
  2. Unplug your router for a few minutes
  3. Clear the cache https://www.windowsdispatch.com/clear-app-cache-cookies-samsung-smart-tv/

Is your TV hardwired (Ethernet) or Wi-fi connected?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Done all that and its still the same.

 

The TV is Ethernet to my router so not using Wifi.
