Stream quality 90 on built-in now tv

My tv's dream quality is 90 on all films on now tv.

Can you help me please? It's really annoying me.
Beginning to wish I hadn't left sky.

I have an LG smart tv with now tv built in

you might be better parking this on the LG sub forum, this is for Roku branded players.
Unless you but a roku for your TV
